Product Description:
This multi-purpose grain thresher adapts to multiple drive solutions: it can be powered by a motor above 7.5 kW, a 12-15 HP diesel engine, or tractor PTO output. Its threshing drum runs at 490-550 r/min, paired with a combined cleaning system of vibrating screen and oversized fan. The vibrating screen works at 340 times per minute with 30mm amplitude; the 600mm diameter suction fan rotates at 1000-1100 r/min. The drum has optional diameters of 500mm or 520mm with 900mm length. The hourly output reaches 500 to 700 kg for soybeans, broad beans, kidney beans, mung beans, sorghum and other crops. For processing performance, grain breakage rate is controlled within 0.5%, unthreshed rate and total loss rate are both below 1%. The core unit has a net weight of 320 kg (excluding chassis, tires and diesel engine), and features nearly maintenance-free operation to lower long-term operating costs.
