Product Description:
The BX series wood chipper includes three models: BX42S/BX42R, BX62S/BX62R and BX92S/BX92R, all adopting direct PTO drive with shearbolt protection and standard 3-point hitch for tractor mounting, matching tractors from 18HP up to 120HP.
Equipped with four 65Mn hardened tool steel rotor knives in each unit, the rotor specifications upgrade progressively: rotor diameter ranges from 630mm to 940mm with thickness from 18mm to 32mm, delivering stronger cutting power. The maximum chipping diameter covers 4-inch, 6-inch and 10-inch respectively, handling slabs up to 12–13 inches wide, and producing uniform wood chips within 6mm.
BX42 and BX62 support self-feeding or hydraulic feeding, while BX92 comes with full hydraulic feeding. All models feature a 360° rotatable discharge hood with different outlet sizes, running at a rated speed of 540–1000 RPM. Complete dimension, weight and packaging parameters are available for convenient container shipment, with high loading capacity for 40’ HQ containers, perfectly suited for farm, orchard and landscaping wood waste recycling.
